We’ve worked hard to give you the very best quality and experience for your bird’s travel. Our temperature controlled safety travel boxes ensure your pet’s safety and comfort.

We do delivery all over the U.S and worldwide. We have our own delivery service that takes care of the delivery and we raise these parrots. We know how to take care of them during delivery.

We’ve also worked diligently with local animal delivery companies to streamline this process.

Why do we charge for the 'Safety Delivery Box'?

ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMING YOUR PURCHASE ALONG WITH OUR ‘BIRD CARE INSTRUCTIONS’. THESE INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD BE UNDERSTOOD PRIOR TO RECEIVING YOUR BIRD(S).

THE DAY YOUR IS READY FOR DELIVERY, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAILS:

1 WITH A PICTURE OF YOUR BIRD(S) IN THEIR SHIPPING / DELIVERY BOX

2 WITH INSTRUCTIONS FOR DELIVERY AND EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME TO BE AT HOME TO TAKE YOUR PARROT.

THE PHONE NUMBER YOU PROVIDE WILL BE ON YOUR SHIPPING / DELIVERY LABEL – YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY PHONE CALL TO CONFIRM FULL DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE THE DELIVERY MAN IS IN YOUR AREA FOR DELIVERY.

IF YOU WILL NOT BE HOME PLEASE DO ASSIGN SOMEONE AND SEND US A WRITTEN CONFIRMATION WITH THE NAME OF THE PERSON THAT YOU ARE AUTHORIZING TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.

In Regards to Deposits, Most of our birds are sold/reserved while they are being hand fed. Reservations are made by making a deposit. A deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward the total purchase price.

Fertile eggs or chicks may be reserved

After a chick is 8 weeks old, you may claim it with a 50% deposit. The balance may be paid in full prior to shipment / Delivery. Deposits are non-refundable unless the bird is undeliverable

Birds once purchased are not returnable except under the conditions set out in the Health Guarantee.

We ship daily, we do delivery locally and we ship internationally. All live birds are shipped AIR LINES ONLY. we do not ship USPS this is illegal so please don’t ask. We ship WorldWide and take care of all the necessary documents required by some countries to import birds.

Sorry no C.O.D’S. The birds are packed in special shipping boxes with special water containers and a lot of food to keep them alive.
