Refunds & Returns
Unless otherwise stated, all birds come with a 30 days health guarantee. If your avian veterinarian performs a health examination within the allotted time period ( 30 days ) and discovers a problem too costly to cure, or a problem that cannot be cured, we will, at our discretion, replace the bird or buy the bird back. We reserve the right to obtain a second opinion at our expense.
The breeder health guarantee is valid when you have the bird examined within the allotted time ( 30 days ) and, in addition, notify us immediately of any changes in the bird’s health. Failure to adhere to these requirements indicates you have purchased the bird “as-is”, and waive any warranties of health or fitness.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Testing expenses are your responsibility; should there be any minor health issues that require treatment, we pay for all medications and all medical treatment at a Veterinarian of our choice. If a Vet exam reveals a life-threatening disease or serious genetic issues, then we will either replace your bird or give you a full refund of the purchase price.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without prior notification and communication. Also note that we do not accept or refund any birds that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned bird. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account or original method of payment, within the first 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is completed and the money returned to your account.

Exchanges
Shipping Returns
To return your parrot, you should mail your parrot to our farm with its proof of purchase therewith.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for replacing your bird. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning bird(s), you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned parrots or receive them in good condition.
